Had a really nice Fourth of July. Net and I took off Friday for Jefferson City--the capital of Missouri and spent the day kicking around. Then on Saturday we drove up to Columbia to pick up our daughter, Elizabeth, from the Missouri Scholars Academy. She had been there for three weeks so it's great to have her home.
I'm in the process of moving all the NitCentral stuff over to my new computer so I going to attempt to send the email version to the newsletter out today using the new setup. We'll see how it goes. I did upload the web version of the July 1998 issue of the Nitpickers Guild Newsletter.
A final funny that could fall under the category of "When Nitpickers Go Bad." Seems there was a man standing outside his house, basting a chicken on a rotisserie. The chicken had turned golden brown. The droplets of grease were causing quick flares of fire that licked upward. Stumbling down the street, a drunk spotted the scene and wandered over to offer a few words of advice.
"Hey buddy!" the drunk called out. "I think your music box is broken and besides that, your monkey's on fire."

Uploaded more nits and reflections for the The X-Files Movie and started a file on Armageddon (even though I haven't seen it yet!)
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: The Brash Reflections for the third season of Voyager are officially frozen. However, you may feel free to send in additional nits for the episodes. I will keep the information for future reference and possible inclusion in a Voyager Nitpicker's Guide. Also frozen are Trials and Tribble-ations, along with all movie files. Also, aside from "Trials and Tribble-ations"--which was a special case, there aren't any Brash Reflections for DS9 on the website. Sorry. Just don't have the time to do another series and I started with Voyager when I started the homepage.
