Wow! A month has gone by already! Can't believe how fast this year is going.

On the job front, everything is racing along. I'm in the final stages of finishing up some work for a sheltered workshop here in Springfield. Really nice people. Good cause. I'm hoping to be done out there in a few weeks.

Not really sure what comes after that but I do have a possible on-line catalog site to do. The company hasn't made a final decision on that yet so I'm not sure if that's next or not.

I do have lots to do with my own stuff so if the catalog job doesn't come through, I'll redirect my energies to my web developement areas until the next "bread-n-butter" job comes along.

I actually had a chance to watch a bit of TV last night and saw the series premiere of "Harsh Realm". I enjoyed it! I probably would have enjoyed it much more it I hadn't finally seen "The Matrix" just a few days below. Too many similarities! And frankly, all that kung-fu stuff in The Matrix was just too cool! Anyway, I think "Harsh Realm" is off to a good start. Now we'll wait to see if the old adage is true: Successful entities tend to eat their own children. (In other words, success is a tough act to follow. ;-)

Added a few more topics to the board today.  M. Jenkins is moderating an artwork topic. Allan Fix heads up the Commercials topic. And, D. Stuart has added a comic book topic. Drop by and say hello!

Note to my moderators: The next moderator chat is October 23! If you haven't receive a notice from me, please write! I had some message bounce back and I haven't taken the time to find out whose address I have wrong!!! ;-)
